Malee's love for cooking and preparing traditional Hmong recipes was the catalyst that started Malee's Kitchen. She started preparing papaya salads for herself and her family. Soon more and more people started to enjoy her cooking. The food was so loved that she was approached to cater various events. That is when she realized the potential of turning this passion of cooking into a business.
